I use growdon blocks but if I use peat pods I let them sit for a day after they soak, they seem to stay to wet for me.Found mine on the side entrance porch today. Wonder how long its been sitting there before I noticed
What methods is everyone using to germinate? My first time with seed, I plan on sticking mine straight in a jiffy cube

Its called making seeds. I look at it different. I get bored with the same weed.
I found that this works best for me:Found mine on the side entrance porch today. Wonder how long its been sitting there before I noticed

Never heard of a EZ-Cloner. I'll be watching you for sure; needless to say. Good luck man! Thanks my friend I'm gonna need your skills this round gonna try to do a start to finish in my ez-cloner..
I plant straight to final pot. With autos I don't like to use extra steps. Damaging the tap root can hurt yield drastically.I found that this works best for me:What I do is soak one of these in full strength Seaplex solution (8-10 ml/gal. NOT CONCENTRATED OUT OF THE BOTTLE) made by Botanicare for 4-5 hours and at the same time soak your seed. If you are trying to germ an older seed, I found that soaking it in hydrogen peroxide instead of water works best. This thins the shell a little bit and allows the seed to absorb the nutes better. Once the time has expired take your soaked seed, drop it into one of these plugs, put the plug with the seed in it into a Ziploc bag, put approximately 20ml of Seaplex into the bag, zip it up and place it in a dark warm place. In my case a bathroom vanity works best and then check it every so often. Until I found this method I considered myself the "Black Death" of growing and since I have started using these I have a 100% germ rate. The pic is a Botanicare plug but I am told that I am using a cheap generic and they work great. Good luck!
