I am planning to do my grow with
1. Alien x Triangle
1. Heisenberg special
2. Skywalker's
a few regular AK48's and a few regular northern light specials (hoping for a male or two so i can do some crosses) I just finished my larger grow room and still deciding on light set-up. Earth Juice nuts, and Dr Earth soil.

I thought about throwing in a photo Girl Scout Cookie Platinum with mine, but I read somewhere that it would stunt the photo if I grow a photo and a auto at the same time. Any thoughts?

i've never heard that, don't think one could effect the other, but the number of things i don't know do indeed fill several books.
i wouldn't be concerned about it, i've had both autos and photos growing at the same time and was having to tie down some of the photos, so if the auto was stunting them, they would have been 15 feet high without the autos

i'll be vegging under a 250 watt mh and flowering under a 400 watt hps on one side of the tent and a 195 true watt led on the other side of the tent. i rotate the plants around daily so they get both about equally.
probably starting in rapid rooters then putting those in little hempies when they have some decent roots.
if the seeds get here soon enough they'll be growing with a Nirvana Bubbleicious autoflower and a Ghost Train Haze #1 i just started, and a couple of White Widow clones, and a couple of Jack Herer Clones. if they take too long they'll probably be with a snake venom and a couple of sour diesel clones.

I also never heard of that, and have for the last two years been starting them together and only separate when it is time to flip the photos. I could be wrong but have yet to see any difference.

You can absolutely start them together. The plants will do their thing. Auto's will flower and photos will stay in veg until the get to a 12-12 light schedule.

I like to start mine almost as soon as I get them but I have started a bit late in the past due to being in the middle of a grow. It is a lot more fun when everyone is growing at the same time though.
So I have missed this one but just want some information for future comparitives.

How soon do you have to pop the seeds?

Like what if you are in the middle of a grow, can you just grow them whenever you finish up the current grow or is there a deadline of some sort??

That's quite a line up of plants. You are going to end up with an entire arsenal of product! Good luck to you!

So you've grown an auto and a photo at the same time in the same grow area without any problems? Well, I guess I will have to rethink my plan then. Thanks!

Right before i left texas, i bought some bottles of Dutch Pro specifically for AutoFlower .... guna see what kind of results that has! Just dug those out of meh closettt
I use Dutch Pro specifically made for autos grown in coco and I can confirm that yes Dutch Pro does work and I haven't had any problems yet while using it. In fact, I am in the process of using it now while trying to wrap up my current project so I can move on the Skywalker comparative. The line of nutes seems almost foolproof. For example, while mixing nutes the other day I added way too much Explode to one of my mixes and didn't realize it until after I had fed the plant and so far no problems. I decided on Dutch Pro based on internet blogs that stated that it was virtually impossible to burn your plants while using this line and so far these nutes have produced pretty well and despite the multiple mistakes that I have made while using this product I have harvested really healthy plants. Good luck on your grow!

Something to the effect that the light cycle for a photo is different then a light cycle for an auto, so the auto would be stunted because it requires more light during flowering then a photo. Roger A. Shrubber claims that he's done it without any problems so maybe I should rethink this....(insert Jeopardy music)...no, I think I will try to do my own comparison within this comparison: I will try to illustrate this difference between Dutch Pro nutes and RX Green Solutions nutes by growing out two Skywalkers at the same time and using Dutch Pro for one and RX Green Solutions on the other.

Yeah I can imagine. :)

Coming on here and seeing how everyones gals are doing.

So by starting late you are not breaking any rules of entry or anything?
I pm'd Jack before I submitted my request to participate in this comparative and he gave me permission to finish my current project first and then grow out these Skywalkers; so you should be fine. If in doubt, pm Jack but I am more than positive that it shouldn't be a problem.

That sounds great i have never used either one of those products so i will be checking on you often to see how it goes.

let me clarify. when i started growing someone gave me a couple of autos. at the time i wasnt aware that they would still bud under 20 hours of light a day. so when they started i put them in my flower tent. they grew just fine, but they would have been larger if i would have left them in the veg tent, which is what i do now. so they grow next to each other till flower, then they get separated now that i know better.
i thought you were saying they had some kind of metaphysical effect on each other or something...
