Quick one tonight busy af. Hung the new light its fucking hard to see now i had to grab sunglasses. Total light wattage is now 515w 579w all in.

2 lights has done well for the plant. Really growing now and more stretch. But with more light is more heat. I put a frozen bottle in my rez to chill it for now as an experiment. Was warmer than usual here so probably atributed to the warmer temps in the tent which is good because it will hopefully offset the temps of the winter. Saturday supposed to be colder i will see then. Plant is exploding and looks good.
I will top up rez tomorrow a bit. Noticed pump makes noise when on for a while ever since i had the airstone going. Im going to order a backup just in case. I jacked up my airflow just a bit as well.

I am currently not using an airstone actually. I kind of went with scottys suggestion and see if the surface oxygen is enough. My pump is a 400gph pump pumping water up to my top rez. I was experimenting with the airstone a couple days ago in anticipation of winter and using it to chill my rez. My airpump is a store bought one i upgraded from the gh one that comes with the waterfarm. Its a 300 gallon airpump i beleive. My fan is this one :

When i grew in a wf i didt have airstone in dont see point within a few weeks the roots will be all round the air stone an do stuff all.

I don't use an air stone either, I do like having a big air pump to keep the water rapidly turning over in the res, and spitting out of the drip tube. That's a nice big fan for your air exchange, I asked cuz you were talking about high temps in your tent, and for my set up controlling temps starts with air exchange. I'm surprised with your LEDs you're experiencing high temps, my understanding was they run much cooler then HPS and cmh. So I dunno lol

They are cooler. 5 years ago i was hps and mh 400w. That was a pain in the ass for temps for sure. Almost always had burn on my tips. Especially in the summer cooking my plants lol. Thoes mehzei lights are good quality for cheepo chinese lights and i grew this gsc auto with one
I think because of the small tent its only 3x3x6 ft.

My cab is 4 foot wide x 20 inches deep by 6 foot high, so same basic size, current temp cab 73 res 67 under a 400 watt mh for veg. I don't grow in the summer anymore cuz I can't control the heat. But I learned the hard way, that I had to control the heat or my grow would suffer for it, just trying to help you figure it out.

Man, any feedback is good feedback from you. I turned up my fan because, as you said, its a big fan and i had it on low. It has a built in dimmer switch. Im just paranoid of algae thats all lol. Canada seems to have done away with anything thats is for hydro and algae. I did read something though a product called "flying skullz Z9" they have a Z7 that is sold anywhere else with good reviews. Right now h202 is working. Plus i blacked out everything. I still like hps and mh lights for sure just as you said the heat sucks.

Also i appreciate everyone contributing to this with your feedback on my thread. I wish weed was legal where you guys were so I could send you some weed when it was done. I really appreciate all the help and opinions and guidance and if i ever come off as a prick, trust me its just a text thing that cant convey emotions. Pretty sure that pythoff i use has bleach in it cause i can smell it. And it says you can use it to clean everything. I run a few ml of cheap dish washing liquid in my system to aint paying 100 bucks for drip clean when all it is. Is dishwashing liquid.

. Lol kidding but it did get bad by now and i didnt catch it in time to deal with it. Doesnt it kill all the beneficial bacteria or whatever?

Dude, I would worry about what to do about algae if and when it happens, keep being preventative with the peroxide and just keep monitoring your plant and res. This what you do in hydro, you are the constant monitor, right now I would prioritize getting your temps under control which is a current issue. But I would never put bleach I'm my res, I've read that peeps do that, but that's just way too toxic of a substance for me to consider. Just my .02 cents.

Well something went wrong with me posting. I screwed it up then I was busy one day but im back.
Got colder so temps went way down. Rez has been between 21 even 16 one night. Up top has been around 20 to 23. Plant did eat and ppm started to go down. So im going to up it another 200 today.
Water ppm 180
Took Goldd advice and bubbled the new rez then let it sit. Im going to push nutes to a grand total of 600.
Ok welp its at 842 ppm..........it was a bitch to get some flora up my syringe. Then i added sturdy stalk and some honey chrome. I will watch this solution carefully over the next days.

Cleaned top rez with hydrogen peroxide
Roots look good.
