I have one more batch of the Dutch Passion WW clones that I will flower in about 6 weeks. After that, I will be going back to my original strain. I guess it is more high maintenance than what I wanted. The length of the flowering time is not a good trade off for the almost unnoticeable difference in flavor and such. Add to that the need to push cal-mag and micro manage every aspect of the plants needs for an extra 4 weeks. I have enjoyed the ride and at least I can say that I have grown some of the best bud I have ever enjoyed, but I need to relax a little and go back to what I know. It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. I have no regrets but sometimes the grass isn't really greener on the other side. Perhaps biting off a new strain and switching to hempy buckets at the same was a bad idea. After all, there was quite a learning curve. I will keep the hempy method and go back to my original strain. I always knew it was a great strain (Michiganja) but it was all I had ever grown for 3 years and I just had to take a try at something new. I can remember how excited I was when I placed my order for 10 fem seeds of the WW. It was like being a child again and waiting for Christmas. I will properly store the rest of the WW seeds and maybe sometime down the road I will be ready to give it another go. My next batch of the WW clones will be grown without topping, fimming or any sort of LST. Just the way mother nature intended. I hope that I can go out with a bang. I will get up some pictures of my last batch of clones in the next couple of days. They are 8 in total.
