As the op says worst 'place' that for me would have to be studying at Dragon Court Holborn, Central London, sitting next to some fat american girl (i forget the name) The most spiteful just down right nastiest person i've ever Had to sit next to.

Sorry no. St. Thomas is a part of a US territory. The one I have in mind contains (has the whole territory of) two nations.

Shucks never was good at Trivia... so I have visited the few streets they allow the Cruise Boat passengers to roam in the D.R. but I havn't a darn clue.

Thing about St. Martin is that it is a département of France. I know St. Maarten is Dutch, but I don't know offhand if province or territory.
