The Yield rating for Seeds

The seeds say they should yield 450g m2 or something like that. What does that mean? I tried calculating stuff and seem to come up with big numbers like 17oz or something. Says for indoor yield even.

My question is; can you yield a pound from 1 seed grown indoors?
I grow in bubblers, can I yield a pound in a bubbler? If so, how big do I need to veg, and how much topping should I do?
