Seems people either enjoy it or don't like it at all. It kinda reminds people of vinegar at its worst, but there are tons of flavors. Its fermented, most with fruit, so it can have up to 1% alcohol. Don't shake the sludge when you get it because it has a lot of carbonation if it's a good batch. raises your body's ph as wellI've never tried kombutcha. I'm down though.
