Yeah hell if I had broken guns I would let them buy back my shit in a second! God I hope my rifle never breaks!
I read a story on Yahoo or something of a woman who took her dead husband's gun to one of these things and they were like "Hold on ma'am...this gun is worth like $20,000". Some German assault rifle from WWII I think. It preceded the AK-47 by like 4 years and the Russians just copied it basically. She kept the gun.
I believe you missed my point.
"You" have a gun - it gets stolen, you report it, it gets it numbers ground off & sold to someone whom had to be an idiot not to know they are buying "Your" stolen gun.
Now you are subjected to a home invasion, yet you have no means to defend yourself.
