Im also getting preflowers in some plants for some reason they are only 3 weeks?

I will take a pic in a few days hopefully you can let me know what sex they are!

Thanks!

I am using 2 x 4' Fluorescents from walmart 15$ or so. Cool white and warm white bulb in each fixture.
Your lights could have a lot to do with the slow growth your experiencing. You generally want at least 3000 lumens per square foot, or each plant. Those bulbs are probably only pushing 1-2000 lumens each so you maybe have 8000 lumens but I doubt it. Definitely not enough light for all your plants, looks like you have about 15 or so.

Temperature wise you want to use 6500k (Cool) during veg and 2700k (Warm) during flowering. Note: 5500k is a more common light and will be labeled as Cool but not what you want, make sure to get 6500k. Fluorescent tubes can be used to grow but they are the worst option, I would recommend switching to CFLs. Wal-Mart sells a 2 pack of 100W 6500k CFLs for 5 bucks. You would want about 1 or 2 of these for each plant.

Ok thanks, I will be looking into that. Are you sure they dont have enough light? The nodes are growing tight in between and they have mylar on the blocks. Im sure they are getting lots of light. Thanks

What I was saying is that this is causing them to grow slowly.

Check the lumens rating for you bulbs. Like I said you probably have less than 8000 lumens and for 15 plants that is not enough. You want at the minimum 3000 lumens per square foot, the more the better. In a grow chamber that is 2x4 I am using 30000 lumens.
