These led lights any good ?

I can get some free (slightly damaged ) led lights the fixture is 2'x4' and is a Philips light, has 2 strips of leds and has a. Color of 3500k and 4800 lumens. I have quite a few of these and could add more strips to one hood like 6 wich would give me 28800 lumens. Would this be good for vegging ?

4800K is better for vegging then the 3500K's. Switch to the 3500K's when flowers start to appear.
