I'm in Spain where it's supposed to be tolerated. We even have weed clubs and hydro shops everywhere to grow at home. I took a corner on a one way road and drove straight into the control patrol!

It's not a bicycle, I have a full motorbike licence but it's like a Vespa. Best way around the city.

Female officers can search your person but I was surrounded by male officers. Which is why I moved it (the remaining 50g) into my huge coat from my handbag when they weren't looking. Risky but I had to. At any point they could have asked if I would like to show them inside my handbag.

Now, I'm trying to work out how I'm NOT going to smoke for 48 hours to pick it up. I have to call a patrol car when I'm next to my bike and do another test. This is the HARD BIT! Maybe my tolerance is high enough to just wait a day? 2 days surrounded by all this is going to kill me! I can't think of a single person who doesn't smoke that could pick it up.

That is ^^ very unlikely, half oz would just be possession
you would need a fair bit more than that for it to be an automatic supply/dealing charge

most likely they would of taken it off you and offered you are caution (official warning)
very unlikely to go to court

i hear they are pretty tough in Ireland though maybe it would land you in court there

Mate its fucking britan i opnce got my house searched for having a bag of stems, i mean stems in my transportation unit and spent 3 days in detention and made me go court monday morning, spoke to the duty solicitor and just got fine. Fucking twats. I think the copper that arrested me still is getting is tires slashed on a regular basis.
 
Sucks lahada, theres been undercovers a fair bit ouitside the bigger clubs recently. I dont carry weed in the city anymore only bho.

Exactly that happened! What about the rest? I had nearly 2and a half oz!?

When I was 17/18years old, 2 female officers pulled me over. They said I was driving 5mph over the speed limit. They searched me and found a half oz and then I got arrested. Back at the station they found another 1 and a half oz an the CID went back to my house where they found nothing. I had a safehouse even then. I got summoned to court and charged with possession and let go with a 6 mth conditional discharge.

So exactly what I said actually happened.

I am talking from experience here, not just in Spain but also in London.

It's ok, I just thought of a girl i know. She loves going on the bike with me but she's about 90kg and it won't go uphill! Lol!

They were the 'control unit' with marked cars. It was round a bend and I had nowhere to go! Tengo una multa también pero mi dar igual. Que cabrons.

It's the whole smoking and driving home thing. They could swab you easily on the side of the road and then the grúa will have to take your car!

They even agreed I was fit to drive but the cotton bud swab showed a low level.

how long ago ?
and why do you keep getting caught lol

if they find weed in your car, or on your person
then find further weed on you, which in total was 2,oz
then i am not surprised they searched your house

recently a friend of mine received a caution for 37 grams
there was no further action
she had no previous convictions

i think your age at the time would of made them treat you more harshly too
maybe you looks like a drug dealer .. does your bike n car have fancy wheels/rims ?

I think getting caught every 19-20 years is quite reasonable considering how active I am. There is no way I can stash volume on me.

I never used the fast cars for work as it attracts attention but I did sometimes get my ex bf to drive behind me in a Cosworth.

I've never been caught with just half an oz, ive always had more on me at the time. I was lucky yesterday, apparently. Even though it's half legal here.

The CID wouldn't have gone back to my house over a Half oz on a first offence. But it was a lot more.


And no I don't look like a dealer, a grower maybe but not a dealer. I was meeting friends and dressed smart.

i forgot to mention she is white and quite pretty
if only the law was applied equally to all, its quite the lottery here
especially for growing, its amazing how many plants "bored white housewives" can get away with growing in their attics

That may have been what worked for me in court but on both occasions it had nothing to do with me being pulled over. They were pulling loads of bikes last night.

I have to take the metro now. It's raining anyway.
 
Life can be so ironic. I'm paying one of my friends a few g's of blue rhino to not smoke for 2 days. Just so he can pick up my bike for me. I know it's weak but I can't be bothered to quit for 48 hrs to pass the test to recover my bike. He always like a free smoke so we're both winning!
