Think that's absurd it's the same for supplying pot to a minor too. Give the same kid a bottle of booze and you might get a $50 fine tho I have no idea what the max is for that.
It's the younger crowd who think that pot is legal now. They have no f'n idea what's really happened but then they put their whole lives on the web without a care too.
Civil liberties will all be gone in another generation without a shot being fired.

Where are you? I’m in BCN. It appears you fucked up on the visibility law. Get a good lawyer and plea it’s for personal use. Even get proof of arthritis from Dr if need be but we are allowed to grow at home, as long as it’s not visible.

Doesn't mean they can't charge you so you plead guilty to a lesser charge quicker. Spanish law is not something I know much about nor how the cops there do their thing.

Ok but why charge him with trafficking then? Here in Alberta we can grow outside but has to be out of sight too. Not sure what the charge would be for that here. I'm on an acreage so no one can see anything in my back yard.
I planted 4 but only one made it to maturity. The others got culled for being dudes! My girl looked good under her blankets covered in snow.
