lol yes but its highly illegal if i get caught having it will be looking for a life sentence lol so its not an option it should remain inside specially when it grow
on that note i would "Just Say No"
new plants will always be "Thin", your problem is strech from not strong enough light source. "Soft White" is for Flowering, "Daylight" is for Veg.

move the one you have about 3 or 4 inched away, directly over the plant. as long as you can hold the bottom of your wrist there for a minute and not feel too hot, its ok. with cfl, the closer the better.

the numbers you were talking about earlier, "6500k" refers to the color metal glows on the kelvin scale of temperature. 5500 and higher are good for vegetative growth, and 3500 and lower are for flowering. 4500 ish are sort of middle ground, usable for both, but not as good at either.
if all you can get are 34 watt cfls, you're going to need a lot of them, and a lot of clamp lights to put them in, honestly, i know it stinks to hear this, but i wouldn't bother till you can get at least 100 watt cfls, and it would still take several, and i'm not sure if it would ever flower properly.

Bro, go with what you got, it is a learning curve. Once she has more leaf she will handle more light. The sun out your way is too strong for her at the moment as she is still so small..... Don't worry & have patience..... Yes, if you can get more cfl bulbs do it as the more you can give the more she will produce...

leave it alone under the light for a day or two, don't touch it, don't try to make it stand up. mist it regularly with a spray bottle.
it will either start growing towards the light or it will die, and theres not much you can do about it either way right now. just pray, and if it dies, wait till you get at least half a dozen cfls with clamp lights before you try again.
with the lights that seem to be available in your area, i'd try to get them about 1/3 meter high, then try to find a spot outside for them after they're at least that size. put something like plant netting over them for the first week or so, so they can get used to the sun outside, and while i haven't been there, i'd imagine its pretty dry, so i'd water regualrly. if you live in a city, i just wouldn't bother. apparently you can bud under cfl, but it takes big ones, and a lot of them.

That space will be fine, just don't go sucking it up the hoover.... Your 200w CFL 6500k will be fine for the veg stage but if you can also get a 2700k you will be golden for flowering... If you can use both colour spectrums together will be even better.

lol that is for sure i will remove the hoover i saw on youtube people doing their own tent with computer fans for ventilation would that be good if i close that area with a box and put the car windsheild protection to reflect the light ?
and i have 4 32w 6500k and 1 32w 2700k warm i will get 2 more if the warm 2700k to add to the light
but would that work ? and should i light all these lights on the plant when its still that much small ?

no, don't put them all on yet, start with one, then add lights as the plant grows, by the time its a healthy 8 inches tall you should have all three 6500s on it about 6 inches from the plant

the 6500s are primarily for vegetative growth, the 2700 are for flowering. use the 6500s through the whole grow, don't add the 2700s till you're going to go 12/12 for flowering.
