Think i found some mold.

I was inspecting a masterkush plant that is a week away from harvest and on the main cola i noticed some brown spots. I touched it and it crumbled. Is this mold?

how can that be im in SOCAL and its 95 degrees.

what should i do?

ive never had to deal with mold but i would say cut away all the parts that look infected with mold

Thanks...i had to cut off 2 main colas of 2 plants and trim out the mold and harvest early. I checked on my others and didnt see any so im crossing me fingers.

damn dude thats pretty unfortunate but just keep doin what your doin. if you wanna be safe next season get some seeds from a seed bank that have high mold resistance.

I did some research and learned that its not mold, its bud rot.

After cutting two colas from a couple plants and digging it out i found little worms inside the buds. This has got me worried sick.
so i just grabbed another one of my plants that i think is ready to harvest and started with one lower cola and look what i found.




what is the best thing to do?

1. Take worms out out of bud
2. Dry,cure,smoke bud
