He's been a spineless pathological liar since day 1. They should decline him marijuana due to his crackhead/addiction/drug abuse past, and he should save the taxpayers some money by checking out of the hospital and living out the rest of his miserable days with his family and crook friends. I don't live in Toronto so can't vote in their elections. either way toronto is mismanaged, chaotic, and way too stuck up for what it has to offer.
His actions have shaped his character, and his character is that of a complete scumbag , that's why I have little to no sympathy for him, and many other politicians.
As for what goes around comes around, that's the sativa talking brother. Shit happens to all of us - some a little more than others, but basically good and bad things will happen to you no matter who you are and what you do. If you think that by wishing a person well you're earning favors with some karma gods then you might be schizophrenic, or religious - it's often difficult to tell the two apart.
Lastly, diseases like cancer often strike even the healthiest members of the population and it's very difficult to predict who will get cancer, what kind of cancer, and at what age. However, here's a little irony: A few years ago he vowed to "trim the fat" at city hall, and also trim the fat around his midsection. He failed at both and now cancer runs rampant in the very fatty tissue that he promised he'd trim. How's that for "what goes around comes around"?

Scraping the $60 driver's license renewal fee is hardly trimming anything. I'm talking reining in outrageous payrolls, pensions, vacation allowances, and having the courage to say "You're fired" to hundreds of non value-adding municipal paper pushers.
