thinking about giving a worthy homeless person 1k

Rare to find a homeless person worthy of the $1k, and damn near impossible to find someone who could turn that into a life again.

Maybe go to some local (read rural) 4H organizations and see if thye are willing to try start a bee keeping class. That way you teach a whole bunch of kids the importance of bees and how to keep them.

Hope Scoobs is ok. That would be horrible.

I figure I'm going to have a little extra and it would cool to help someone out that deserves it.

You know, I've thought about this if I were rich- but I wouldn't care if they were a junkie or not and I wouldn't want them to know it was me. So what if they put it in their veins? They're happy, right? I wouldn't want any recognition or thanks for it either, because that means it's not true altruism, IMO.
 
Ive been homeless sort of still am. find someone who cant make a house payment so they dont get a foreclosure. or go to homeless shelter im sure rich people dont stay at homeless shelters.

As long as your happy thats all that matters. I never had much money and im fine with it. I dont know what I would do If I were wealthy seems like a pipedream. I guess I would donate to make a wish. and make a big mooncocoon I did a thread about it called anti-science and technology

Lol every time something goes down and I see the camera rolling I yell worldstar! No I don't it only happened twice!!.It would be fun to take a bus of home less people to red lobster.. I mean fun like nice!! Not like it's fun to throw rocks threw windows or nothing!
 
I talked to scooby a couple months ago when I was in Costa Rica. He is always out of town traveling, or fishing. I'm sure he will be back
 
Didn't really like Scooby and don't hold it against those that do, but those 2 posts were fishy... chatter that Scooby died? Did Scooby have a stockpile of seeds? Did someone murder Scooby and is now trying to sell his seeds? Oh shit, I think that's how internet rumors are started lol. For real though... those 2 Scooby posts were weird.

i can't get ahold of him. last two posts were NOT scoobs. idk wtf is up, but i can't get him on pm, email, or phone. dude's a great guy, hope he's just out of town or something... like gwn said, he's not inclined to be out of touch unless he's doing some extracurricular activities...
