Than make a real contest! x) If it's up to you and people can't actually WIN, than just choose someone. If you want an actual contest where people actually can win, than you need to choose something that's cut and dry that produces a clear winner.

Pumpkin carving contest. Make them work for it. You can post the pic with a piece of paper with their username on it. Could be RIU related, ex: carve out the zig zag guy.
