Thinning leaves on new growth. plants look healthy and green otherwise.

im using a mix of ocean forest and happy frog using more ocean than frog. these are in 1.5 gal pots. gonna transplant today into 3 gal. wondering if anyone has an idea what these leaves are doing? N burn? root bound? this is my second grow. Sorry no pics from the first. im also doing a blueberry moonshine and NY Sour D. thanks all!!

oh and these babies are getting to go outside for about 8 hours a day.

anyone? lol just trying to see if I can figure it out before I transplant
