I don’t do anything with the ph or ppm I’m just learning how to grow still, still haven’t expanded my knowledge to understand how all that works.
Third grow how’s she looking?

There is your issue right there. You need to pH adjust before you water. After you add your fertilizer to your water you want the pH to be between 6.3 and 6.5 if you're growing in a peat based potting soil. And you don't necessarily have to know your ppm as long as your following the recommended feeding application.

I was also wondering why my plant looks like it’s trying to start flowering already, I keep it under 18 hours of light and the tips of the colas look like they are producing way to many white hairs (btw these tops are clones I snipped off my plant)

Because she wants to flower! Clones will do this sometimes, it's nothing to worry about. If you're keeping it under 18 hours of light she won't go into full flower on you unless she's an auto.
