Got it. Hubs would lose it if I did. um...so if theoretically speaking, a house was being refinanced, requiring said inspection...is the garage something you guys look in?

Sounds like you may be in a time crunch.
Any storage areas ( locked shed / etc. ) or somebody / somewhere you can ride out that day. Im pretty cool with clients , i run into grows all the time - even git some beans from some. Depends on inspector tho.
They will inspect property looking for damage , dryrot , termite , etc.

Most houses are being refi'd without an inspection these days. Mine was a few months ago.
Think it is because of the crazy inflated values, along with covid. If you are trying to refi for additional cash they may send someone

Got what you mean now. The first grow is the hardest. Everything from here on out is experience. At least you will have something to harvest. Many people don't even get to that point. GLWhen I started this grow, I was like I did all my research. Not gonna make any noob mistakes...Oh well. Thank you all for bearing with me.

I have asbestos siding, aluminum windows from the 60's, a 20 year old roof, and a tiny 100a panel.
Knocking 600 a month off the mortgage was our goal. Couldnt touch a 1 bedroom apartment here for what our mortgage payment is now.
