this really is not the place to be asking to buy buds. Everybody smokes (well not everybody) but so many people do that you really could just go to a street corner, look for some teenage hoodlum such as yourself, and ask them 1)if they live here, 2)smoke ganj 3)can i buy some?

better yet, go to a college campus near there? is there one i wouldn't know
