This is starting to scare me a bit.

lots of responses, it is one of three things. nitro deficiency because lack of nutes, 2 cal mag diff cuase by lack of cal mag thus blocking the nitro(very bad thing). i think its least likely this because it appears to be focused near the bottom of the plant like a traditional nitro diff 3 lack of light on those portions of plants.
your auto flower is a different beast all together and should not be used to compare to a regular plant. their needs are different. im not sure i understand why your growing auto flower either.its a known fact they yield less and are drastically less potent. its mostly used outdoors for norther summers or height constraints in ghetto grows. next time i recommend growing similar traditional strains for a more consistent crop. few things you also might consider. the fan on the floor is also pushing humidity up and can lead to powdery midlew, though it is a good idea to circulate floor level air took keep things fresh down there. also, your water why filtered typically tap water is just fine and does not have harmful levels of chlorine, choloramine could be an issue of there is a ton of it but probably not cuase once agian its not usually in high levels. also tap water has cal mag (hard water) it which your plants need. filtered water has not cal mag in it for the most part and can actually cause deficiencies similar to this if amendments aren't used. so why create more work for yourself? the one exception would be well water. it often has a high ppm making it hard to add nutes and ph balance. used to decholrinate my water and one day after some research realized wtf am i doing this for? stopped, and there is no perceivable difference in yeild or taste. that being said i live in Seattle and are water is far less than a hunderd ppm at any point in the year. check your water report or test the ppm your self with a meter. they are relatively inexpensive

just a thought...
fox farm soil you said. are you in ocean forrest? i would check runoff for ph and tds. to check ph flush with pure water at 7.0 check runoff. if it comes out under 5.5 that means your 1.5 away from nuetral 7. than next feed adjust to get to the sweet spot. 6.0-6.5 for soil. the lady could have all the nutes in the world and if ph is low it will lockout and stop feeding. many times we think deficency right away, add more nutes which may be causeing the lockout to begin with.

tds is easy. test runoff. i would never go above 1200 max during mid flower. expecially if in ocean forrest. very hot soil to being with.

i wouldtrim the shit out of the bottum, flush really good, figure out your numbers on ph and tds ppm.
good luck!
Yes Ocean Forest.. I'll check the PH run off. May have to get a TDS meter. Thx for the suggestion.

Yea, why am I growing that auto any ways? It just messes up my schedule. I don't know. It was a free seed and is supposed to be skunky I wanted skunky bud. Kind of waste though. I think it was mainly because I had another photo growing, but after sampling the buds from the first time I grew that strain I gave the new plant away. I didn't like the buzz..

I have been wondering about my filter. Kind of messes me up because I don't know how much cal mag is in it. I just use a PURE tap filter. To make things worse this filter adds minerals back in for better taste. :)

Thx for all of the advice. Much appreciated.

Thanks to everyone that helped with this problem. I started adding more veg ferts to my feedings and have been feeding and watering more often. She looks much happier now. I think she'll pull through :) She still has about 40 days to go so hopefully she will put on some weight.
