As in it's all too easy to just beleive the govt is constantly out to get you. See it just doesnt have the same affect when I have to explain it to you.

Does it bother any one else that everyone's basically saying fuck his trial? In my opinion, there's no accusation big enough to not warrant justice. If we accept that the government can just say you're a terrorist and torture you with no trial, then we're fucked.

You don`t put enemy combatants on trial before you kill one, or two, or a ship full of them. He`s a prisoner of war. His war is over and he will be tried for his warcrimes now !i Different set of rules than those for our population, I personally wouldn`t take the prisoner, rather dispatch him. It`s a choice one makes on the battlefield !i

There is no accusation with an enemy combatant. Remember, he attacked !i

If he`s to be the next meal,...the Zebra doesn`t have to obey the Lion !i
