Oooh boy, that's pretty crispy lookin.LOL It won't grow much more, but you can still leave it there til the trichs turn, then harvest. If it starts to actually die, before it matures, cut it off, and smoke it.

Looks pretty rough, I dont really see it ever fully recovering from this but just see what it does, you never know, these plants can take some pretty incredible damage and fully recover so while this is a bit above that damage level it should partially recover with time. I wouldnt expect to much from her though. oh well, shit happens, at least the one in the background isnt burnt up as bad as this one.
