are you placing more value on one life over the other based on a killer's thought process? Do the parents of the intended hate crime victim get more satisfaction than the parents of the "you got peanut butter on my chocolate" victim? Do you not understand what this could lead to? The punishment should be the same for both, Lady Justice doesn't need racial glasses.

Then he starts punching you in the kidneys screaming "Put your hands behind your back!"
As soon as you put your hands behind your back he starts slamming your face into the pavement
so you put your hands in front of your face to protect them
At which point he goes back to punching you in the kidneys and yelling
"Put your hands behind your back!"
and the process repeats itself until more cops show up and start kicking you yelling

are you asking me how a court proves something to be unequivocally right or the truth or correct, i dont think i have enough legal knowledge or knowledge of laws to answer with certianty but some how the courts are still running . . . .

it wasn't ways to spin a story for the jury, it was three distinctly different acts. I asked if each should be punished according to why they killed me, or should they be equal under the law because each was a pre-meditated vicious murder. I'm thinking you do but I'm hoping you are starting to realize how wrong that is. If not I'm trying to figure out why. I don't understand the Al Sharpton mentality but I would like to.
