Did I adequately answer your question about "extra rights" ?

Concerning child rapists and as you put it "regular rapists", both should be held accountable and have to restitute their victims. I find both repulsive. Children are a group of people? Okay would you hold Obama more or less accountable when his bombs drop on them ?

If he kills children he kills children right ? Or are you okay with government killing children in some instances? Does Obama have extra rights in that it's okay for him to kill children?

Well should government be held accountable when they kill innocent children or do they have "extra rights" ?

If you are a "pot head" and hiding out with your wife and kids...okay for the SWAT team to "collateral damage" them too ?

Not exactly. You are equating "lawful" with moral. When laws are immoral it is best to ignore them.

Also they don't "ASK" they demand. Demanding anything of anybody that isn't harming another under the threat of violence is an act of aggression. The swat team is the "criminal" , they initiated aggression, the innocent is the person seeking to be left alone. Why do you let government define your morality with their bullshit laws? I can absolutely say I would have helped a runaway slave 200 years ago despite it being illegal...you I'm not so sure of this.

Let me see.... If "Obama's" bombs drop on innocent children Obama is accountable, but if Obama gives an order to kill one of our enemies and that order is successful, he is not responsible.

Bad things do happen in war. People blame shift to avoid personal resonsibility. The expanse of Government provides perfect cover for this. What's your point, that it's okay to kill children and that some magic declaration erases responsibility for it ? Depends on how you define it. I think DOD/CIA are targeting enemies but they also know there will be collateral damage in the form of innocents killed, some of those innocents will be children. Somebody in the Obama administration has made a calculation that the collateral damage is acceptable. I am convinced that if there was a way to avoid any collateral damage (short of just giving up) then that method would be used.
