Thousands of square meters of land to grow on, what to grow?

Basically my girlfriends family in Thailand has about 30 acres of Rubber tree plantations! Rubber per kg has hit an all time low so Im thinking of more profitable yet legal alternatives they would be unlikely to tihhnk about.

Such as Salvia divinorum or maybe health foods like chia seeds. Since im in the south of Thailand and the region is identical to that of the mexican area that Salvia originates from, thats a pretty reasonable choice...

Looking to order some test cuttings this week but thought I'd see if anyone had any better ideas! So that's unlimited land to grow on, what would you grow??? Keeping in mind it must be legal lol!

30 acres just grow as much of everything and anything you can get your hands on

hrmm, well I'd like to concentrate on one thing at a time... takes a lot of work to market a product! Setting up the website, cold calling for potential customers/retail outlets etc, no point growing without having people to sell to first!
