Three issues I think need help!!

So I have been away for a week with my roommate making sure all was well and when I come back he gave them the proper chemicals and the PH is fine but the leaves have a few problems the tips are first curling down and inwards a bit, some leaves are yellow either at the tip or going halfwayd down, and other leaves look either dried or completely not hydrated......I watched my system for the past 4 days and the water system works all the chemicals are fine as well as the tests and Ph show everything is good Im attaching a few photos for you all to see

Yellow leaf tips are usually over fertelization, whats your PPM's? and what are you using for light and how far away. Sometimes its hard to tell because yellow leaves are either over fert or not enough, if it not enough then the majority of the leaves are yellow.

We'll see what some other folks think.......

I forgot to say you may want to try flushing your plants with ph'd water and see how they respond.

My plants are in a hydro ebb and flow system so I am not using any fert but I am using the chemicals/nutrients for them. Can you maybe tell me why the leaves may be drying up? Also its been three weeks now but the plants have white hairs on them yet I remember it should start to flowering a week ago is something wrong happening?
