I personally never had these little fuckers!. But, I do a lot of precautionary reading and my friend has dealt with them as well.

Pest strips blue and yellow ones. You need both because some thrips will be attracted to one color and other to the other color.
Also, ladybugs are good thrip policing insect. There are some foliar sprays but, you definitely want to be careful there. Make sure what you get is 100% certified organic (especially if you are using it during flowering. I would consider trying to find natural insecticides...there are some you can make at home google organic homemade insecticides.

Bear in mind that even with these treatments...Thrips really SUCK and are very good at surviving. SO, you may not eradicate them but you can control them pretty well. After your grow is done...clean the fuck out of your garden area.

Sticky fly strips and alike.

Just flower them out, then spray after. Although they're a pain in the ass, they don't fuck up the bud. I'd wash the buds first as the flyers may get stuck in the trichomes.

Monterey garden insect spray its OMRI listed if you can't that anything with spinosad as Dumme said will work.
