Thrower's Organic Cabinet Grow

This is my first indoor grow and grow journal! I'll try and update this thread and see it through. I'm tired of shady dealers, low quality, and high prices, so I've decided to grow for just myself. I've successfully grown one plant before outdoors, a Positronics Jack Diesel. It yielded about 2 ounces of airy, leafy buds. However, due to my situation I'm forced to grow in a pretty small space.

My current setup is:

150W Sun System HPS (hopefully upgraded to Apollo 400w soon)
4" Hydrofarm Fan and 4x20 Phresh Filter
3 Gallon Fabric Pots
Organic soil mix (33% peat, 33% perlite, 33% EWC + kelp, lime, comfrey, bat guano, and mycorrhizae)
3.5 sq feet of grow space

I have Sour Cherry, Blue x Livers, DOG, and Casey Jones x OG from Breeder's Boutique with Bodhi's Appalachian Thunderfuck on the way from Holistic Nursery. Originally I had sprouted some Sour Cherry's, but I ended up giving the seedlings to a friend. Instead, I'll be running four DOG's as soon as my HSO Bubba Kush finishes flowering.

7 gram Jack Diesel cola. It's leafy, ugly, and airy but not too horrible for a first-timer with 100+ temperatures and nitrogen deficiency.



HSO's Bubba Kush regular, vegged a month, 34 days from 12/12 flip.



DOGs placed in soil 4 days ago just starting to pop their heads out to a 64 watt T8 fixture.

Thanks for subbing! Nope, it's an OG kush and Headband cross. I don't know why it's called DOG though. Good luck on you journal!

Here's a little update. Nothing really different, but I scored a 400W Apollo ballast, HPS, and cool-tube for around $100 on eBay. It should be here sometime this week along with some Bodhi ATF from Holistic Nursery.

The DOGs are coming along quite nicely, I seem to have two sativa OG leaning phenos and one indica headband leaning pheno. I also popped a regular Casey Jones x OG freebie, hopefully it's a female.
