Throwing your stuff out of the house..??

I had some stuff stored at a parents house (i dont live there), just some tools, air compressor and personal things. After a dispute, they were put out in the front lawn and i dont have anywhere to put them. Im afraid it will rain or someone will steal the stuff. What does the law say in regards to this?

Can someone just throw your stuff out in the front yard and leave it there to get stolen and rained on? I live in nevada.

that is an interesting question. i beleieve that if you live there it would be a problem but i doubt that there is any criminal action if you dont.

however there could be civil actions to be taken. just my opinion though

Lucky it didnt rain here in Vegas. It is legal IF you are not on the lease/rent...etc.
