I'm glad to hear it has better penetration than the CFL's. One other thing that you risk with low temp/high RH is the soil doesn't dry up as easy and you risk root rot. having good soil drainage helps this. if it doesn't dry, you can't feed as much. a small fan under the canopy helps this out a lot!!!

I have made it a law about drainage holes and no paper cups(as I was lucky to get it out in time and make drainage holes)!! My intake blows about two inches above the pots so hopefully that will be enough and today is water day so we will see how 10* cooler and 12% higher RH looks and feels tomorrow

wow... you dropped 10 degrees!?!?!?! that is significant!!! and your intake should work great where you have it. mine is at 70F and about 68% RH. when i get it up to 74F the RH will fall right into spec. I'm gonna block up exhaust just a bit more, that should do it.

actually 11*!!!

Edit: It got 90 before I got up and turned the A/C on and I had the temp gauge right at the biggest lights to see what it was putting off right there and damn!! As you can see it is now chilling on my panel

actually to test out the new light, I'm not going to lollipop this one. she is all natural!!! well fun time in the sun ended early... a big storm just rolled in and poured down on us!! so i took the time to quick run out and get some ammo to start my spider mite war. I'll get some photos of the blueberry in a few... here is what i got for the mites. I got one for the veg box and one for the flower box.

Let me know how they work!! I saw a gnat while getting the CFL's out and was gonna go to the hydro shop tomorrow and get some organic pest spray but if that works will save me a 45-60 minute drive there and most of the time it takes longer to get back?!?!?

i have read so many GREAT things about these pest strips... I believe hammer uses them.... or maybe it was KMK... out of all the things i read, there was not a single bad report from them.... down side is, to have them work effectively all ventilation should be shut down for a week... I'll take temps in the high 70's for no bugs!!!! gnats shouldn't hurt your plants at all. That is to much gas to use!!! i got these at my local hardware store for $8 each. I heard you can seal them up and keep them for a later use.

Thats good to hear and that the gnats are MJ friendly but still gotta wage war lol. saved me alot of gas man!(08 Z71 luckly its 4.8liter but still loves the fuel!)

Bout to get ready for work will be stalking around when I get home to see the chop!

Thanks for everything man!! I will repeat my past coment "YOU ARE THE MAN STONEYLUV!!!"

I feel like that in the garden too stoney!

Spidermites suck! Let me know how those strips work, and be careful with them heard they can cause cancer from someone.

I use General Hydroponics Azamax for spidermites. It works really well if your persistent after the first use hit them again 4 days later (in each room) then a week or so later hit them again whether you see them or not and should be rid of. It's not cheap though, I like it because you can use it as a spray and soil drench. I usually use about 7ml for first go and 10ml for second go and 15ml for soil drench.

Hope you eradicate those bastards stoney. Can't wait to see the WW chop :)
