I tied all the limbs down with pipe cleaners for better light penetration. A week ago I picked all the limbs with single fan leaves. This look right?

what do you mean "I picked all the limbs with single fan leaves." You mean you cut the limbs that you did not tie down?

I cut the fan leafs off at the base when I topped them. That was a week ago. Today I tied the limbs down with pipe cleaners to spread them out a lil bit for bettet light penetration and air flow. Hered a pic from beforr I tied them down. from a cpl days ago

Thanx. Everybody said NO!! Dont pick the fan leafs. But I did and within days it all filled in and is getting bigger by the day.

When you get a bush like that removing g a few can help. Improves air flow and reduces the chance of rot.
Don't pull many. Only pull on or two at a time.
I'm rough. I'll even break the limbs on one like that.

They was about 7 nodes high and I pickedevery single fan leaf stem at once and topped it. I wanna let em go for about another 10 days before I go 12/12
