Tight on room

So im wondering if anyone has any ideas
This is my first grow and i planed to start flowerin the plants at a foot hight but due to the fact that i had to wait for a few things for my grow box ive had them veggin for a lot longer than i thought i would and they are about 2 feet high.
my box is only 4 feet to the light.
I was wondering if i could top like say 6 inchs to a foot off the plants befor i put then into flowering to get them lower
Or if i should just rip a bunch of clones off them and start my SOG

you can LST them to fit in the space. if they are indica dominant they aren't going to double in height anyway after a long veg cycle.

I think the stem might be to thick to try LST its like half an inch diameter

it will still bend, just go slowly.
