I've Read On Then Internet That Compact Soil Is Bad For Roots. How Can I Loosen The Soil Without Hurting The Cannabis Plant?

use a chops stick or the end of a bottle rocket to poke holes all the way down..

yeah when the soil is compact, the roots cant breathe. Like he said just use something to poke small holes in it.

Next time, add perlite to your soil to give it better aeration, and drainage.
