So I am getting ready to buy my second light from them. Of course I had a couple of questions, so I gave Dan a ring. The wealth of knowledge that guy has is incredible. We talked for about 20 minutes of which in the first 5 minutes my questions about lighting were answered. After that it was questions not light related that he took the time to answer. That my people is called GREAT customer service. The owner who could have been doing many other things in that 15 minutes; that could have made him more money or let him catch up on other company issues, instead the guy is answering questions and then offering help (creating more work for himself). You folks are nuts if you don't give them a ring. I know people want to save money and build your own I get it and understand but at the same time in today's society where you basically have to beg for good customer service and quality products. Support a company that actually cares and does this.
