Well everyone I figured it was time to post some pics of my babys for the 09 season. I am posting cause I see so many people thinking that growing organic sacrafices yeild, NOT TRUE if you do it right. I figure I still have another month + of veg before the girls go into flower power mode.

These pictures were taken about 2 weeks ago and since have grown at least another foot in height and girth is insane. I will be posting updates end of the month.

The big girls are California Orange Bud started in April.

Fertilizers used are a mix of compost teas and of course mollasses. I fert twice a week and also foilare feed once of twice a week with combination of Earth Juice and a blend of Worm Juice Concentrate from the local worm factory where I get my soil blend.

Lokking good really good, organics is the only way to grow the best plants and the best taste. I'm with you ...good luck:joint::mrgreen:

It's not chicken wire it's 2x4x5 fencing used to keep deer and other small animals like rabbits and rats out. Pot thieves we just shoot and used for next yrs ferts. The cages are used to help support the branches and open the plant up for maximum growth.

Well I thought it time once again to post an update of my kids. Again all organic boys and girls. I figure I still got about another 3 solid weeks of growth then the stretch. Right now the biggens are over 8 ft tall and about the same accross. These are California Orange Buds.

You want big plants? Big holes, lot's of water these suckers are guzzling 15 gal a day right now and lot's or organic teas pure nectar for the children.

Teas consist of organic chicken manures, bat guano, wormcastings, mollasses, seaweed. I rotate what goes into the teas a little different each time.

Well just like anywhere you have your ups and downs but for farming you really can't beat the northern California mts. We get lot's of sun friggen hot temps in the 100's. I'm at an elevation of about 2200 ft, perfect night time temps ect. But there are also other things with Cali that suck. So it's a trade off Kingb420. I'm on my 5 yr plan only 7 yrs behind, lol!

Wow.....what can I say but impressive.I'm in Michigan.Wish I could get away with that....Maybe someday soon. Thanks again. P.S. Maybe some pics when the buds come??
