Light bar would be great with ys that's what I got and works good. You can get cheap at recycling household places and wire on extension cord.

Ok thanks, How often do I use the thrive. I'm trying to step into the pot sizes. Don't want to go to big to soon. If I go to big to soon, afraid the plant will do more root growing than foliage.

You can find em at garage sales. Screw y sockets in em and double the light. 4-6 fixture gets 8-12 cfls.

I notice the that everyime I open my grow box, the inside of the panda film is wet. Probably condensation caused by the heat from the light and moisture from the plants and soil combined with the fact that it sits in my cold garage. Will this cause problems? If so any one got any ideas how to alleviate it? I thought about cutting vents in the film and then add a flap over the vents to contain the light. The vents will help dissipate the heat. Will this condesation become problem?

No what I meant was like putting a 3 - 5 inch plant in a 5 gallon pot. I was talking about gradually moving up in pot size to match the plant, so that you give the roots room to grow without diverting enegy from growing foliage.

Any suggestions on how solve this problem?
You gotta get some fresh air exchange going on. What is your humidity level running?

Warm moist air in tent is condensing on cooler plastic it sounds like.

Dehumidifier is always an option as well.

Ok will have to look into that. I also changed a habit of keeping open containers of water inside to use to water them after the chlorine leaves. So I removed the water containers to see if there we causing the excess condensation.

save yourself alot of money and take back alot of wasted usable space by going with a vanity fixture and some y adapters and ditching the reflectors. you should cut a intake and use a exhaust fan to keep fresh air going through that box or bad things will happen.
