needs more time ( grow time ) …. You are hyper focused on “ time table “ …. Plants do not give a shit about calendars or time “ estimates “.
Plant will finish when it finishes. There are still white pistil growth. As stated , since you are pushing runoff , you are technically already leaching the soil.
Feed them as they are still blooming , get more weight , more mature flowers.
Also …. If you were feeding without excess - flushing is not needed.

It seems not too hard to clone a plant and treat each clone differently and see what the results yield for yourself. You will see real quick if flushing is for you or not.
