Wow looks like Walmart has stepped there game up with this one, looks like some good shit....Yea you can start off at half strength but I think it's advised to start off at quarter strength and work your way up to full strength if they respond well.

When you say day 30....is this the total life of the plant or 30 days into flowering stage?

No that's 30 days from sprout.

Gotcha. I can't really give you a good answer on the "walmart" nutrients. Next time, if you have the space, you can let the plant grow a little bigger before you put her into flowering (12h light on 12h lights off).
It's your first grow, your plant is still alive, and there's surely more for you to learn. Enjoy the process and ask questions when you're stuck

But yea I agree on nutes. Just seems like she should be growing faster
