time to repot?

these plants are like two and a half weeks old

the pots are like 8" deep this particular plant is about 8" high

is it time to repot if the roots are poking through like that or should I wait?

I would, I just had 6 plants in one rubbermaid tote(newbie mistake), they were all the same size as urs, my roots were crazy size, they were about the same size as ur pot. With that being said, u mite wanna transplant pretty soon. i think its bettr to have too much room than not enuff now. Also she will look a lil sad for a few days, but she wil perk back up. Mine finally did. Best of luck on your grow.
