hey all
i'm thinking about starting up in early aug. but i will have to leave town in december. i'll be using 400w mh for veg and 400w hps for flowering. do you think the whole process will be done in time? i'm aiming for a final product of a 3 ft plant so i was going to start budding at 2 ft. does this sound right? thanks for your advice

how long do you think i should veg for to get the best plant i can so it'll be harvested and cured by december? kind of a stupid question so i'm not too worried about not getting a response to that lol
do you have any idea how much the plant will grow each day during veg? what about budding? sorry about all the questions. i just dont know anything :P

well you can read the GROWFAQ of the site for now :D as i said you have all the time man :D if your doin all good, the plant(s) should reach the 2' in month and a half maybe a lil more, from seed. are you goin to use soil or hydro?

soil. i dont know anything about hydro and from the vids i watched it seemed a little too complicated. i'm thinkin about 2-4 plants. do you suggest buying feminized seeds? do you have any favorite strands? i want to get some real good stuff. i'm not looking to sell or anything, just for my own use

never planted a fem seeds man. people sain that the chance of gettin hermies is higher. i dont have favourite strains man......damn they are too many :D

lol yeah i keep trying to decide on a strain and as soon as i think i got one i find another that i like. so would you just recommend getting reg seeds and then planting a lot so about 4 will be fem?

I hear you...I'm thinking about buying seeds on-line. Every time I look at the list of strains my brain hurts.....Ya Ya before someone says a pain in your ass.

Yep, plant regular seeds, in any case the male:female ratio should be no more than 1:1 (so plant 8 and you'll most definetely get 4 or more females).

awesome. thanks man. do you have any seed banks that you like or that are good? I'm thinkin about dr. chronic b/c they shit to the US (Right??) and got a better selection than nirvana and bcseedsking.
