Thanks Big Bud, but that is no help,,,I already have this diagram on my timer and i have been to the itermatic site.

I need Instructions on how to wire a timer box and receptacles to operate 4 1000w hps lights @ 240 and 2 receptacles for fans and blowers wired @ 120 and two wired @ 120 that are not timed. Or detailed picture's on how you make a timer box

Diagram looks self explanatory to me. You have the line in and the load side (lines out.) Run the lines out to your lamps.

The untimed outlets will bypass the timer. Each leg of a 220 (US) is 120 when measured to ground or neutral. But I recommend just using a pre existing outlet in the room for the ancillary items. They don't draw that much. Even if it involves a additional timer.

I'd just come out the timer to a quad box with 220 outlets. Plug the lamps into that. You need the two 'hots' and neutral and a ground.

OK this is the exact diagram for my timer,,,I understand how to wire a 240 two wire line in,,,but i have a three wire line in from a stove\oven receptacle so i am not sure on what to do with the neutral wire,,, the diagram say's to move the timer motor leads and attach the white\neutral to terminal A for 277\480V but not for 240v.
Also what terminals do i take 120 from useing 14-2 wire .thanks

Let's say I run 12g wire from an Intermatic Timer to a dual gang box which houses 2 side by side receptacles. Can I draw up to 15 amps off EACH receptacle? I ask this because I want to run two 1,000W lights that are on 120V ballast. Hopefully I could just plug one ballast in one outlet, and one ballast in the other, no?
