Right now I am using tin foil in my grow area, and I was wondering if it would be more efficient to use white paper instead?

I just pretty much made a thread the same, and what i was told is not to use tinfoil. I asked between tin foil and white paint though, and i was told white paint will work. Idk about white paper, but dont use tinfoil. Supposedly the best thing to use is mylar?

You know what might be good and inexpensive is the white food board like you see in bathrooms at some restaurants, Its pretty white and textured. Its at places like menards and Home depot. it comes in 4x8x1/4 sheets.

Reflective white paint > mylar >>>> tin foil

get the permeated type that can be wiped down or the mylar willl cloud up over time
