Tiny Green Worm ?

Sorry I don't have pics, when I found it this afternoon it was destroy first, ask questions later... I found a tiny worm/caterpillar on one of my plants, it was about a quarter inch long. It's silk had already pulled one of my leaves in half - making a kind of sideways leaf tent - which it was also eating. The plant it was on, about an 8th of an inch of the leaf tips are brown. All of this happened just since yesterday. Anyone else have an experience with this critter, or know what it might be? Also - is it somthing that came in from outside or could it have been in the new soil they were just transplanted into?

Indoor grow, just transplanted into three gallon pots a couple of days ago, into Scotts potting soil, no nutes (seedlings only a couple weeks old) yet, fluorescent lighting.

Probably just hitched a ride inside on your clothes or something. Unless you see a bunch of them I wouldn't worry. I personally haven't heard of your situation indoors.
