Tips curled up, what’s the issue?

Hi everyone, I’m on my first grow and things are going quit well, I’m 3 weeks in to flower with my sativa and the flowers are starting to look really nice! But for about 2 weeks I have been having problems with the tips of the leaves curling up. It’s progressing all be very slowly. I just can’t seem to figure this, anyone have any suggestions? Or can tell me what the problem is? Thanks in advance!

Here are a few photos in more natural light, if your wondering why she is bent it’s because I started running in to some hight issues, she was getting to close to the light so had to take action haha. (Noob move)

she now sits around 20” from my 450ww LED, I’m trying to keep humidity down but sometimes peaking 75rh. It’s the best I can do for now, my temp never gets above 29c and never below 21c (in dark period) I’m watering roughly 1.5L every 2 days and giving micro and bloom nutrients. It’s not causing me huge concerns but just wanting to keep an eye on it. Thanks man
