Tips curling !!!!!!!!!

My plants at some of the top colas the tip of the leaves are curling up in a circle . Not sure if it's from the lights being to close or nuts burns this is on some of the poco as not all of them . They are in week 4 flower and gettin fed 3 step flora serious

It looks a little overdone by the fertilizer. The lights are on, how come that fan ain't running?

I wish you had taken pictures in natural light.

Moisture stress: If you have low humidy (which it IS near the HID-light bulb), the leaves will try to consever mositure by "cupping". They can't breathe.
This is not very serious IMHO, however I have trouble looking at your images.

Edit: and it seems they've been burned at some point too (overfed).
