Tips drying out

Hey Guys
I’m a newbie to this, I used to grow a harp of bush weed many moons ago.
I’m growing in a tent and my leaves are drying on the tips, Im not sure but the plant also looks a little light in Color?

any help would be good.

What light are you using?
How old is it?
How often do you water?
Do you feed? what & How much?
How are your temp and humidity?
How big is the container?

Right off the bat, that medium has nothing for aeration.

Yea I was wondering about that. It made me think of a gopher hole. Lol

A bit small for a gopher hole but likely some kind of rodent.....I think she needs a cat
