tips of leaves browning/yellowing?

i have 5 plants using CFL's. my one plant is looking as though it has heat stress but none of the other plants are having this problem which is why i am unsure.

heres a pic, please help me, and on all the new growth at the top only the tips are browning. ???

I'm a noob but, i had the same thing on mine recently and i moved the lights up an inch and it stopped. just speculating though....maybe a pro can drop more knowledge.
 
yup back off the nutes ALSO
don't give your plants any nute/fert for atleast 3 weeks after they break ground, just plain ol water will do just fine.
Dont do what I do and try and overanalyze it, you will only do more harm than good.

I learn this works, ok the plant wants to live so if I let it be it will do what it does, works everytime... hehehe
