Tips of white hairs turned burnt red?

The tips of white hairs look burned they have red tips now what could cause this?

Pollination, windburn, touching them with your bare hands, sometimes getting some nutrient solution on there...
Lots of reasons for pistils to turn prematurely

No. Damaged leaves and pistils don't recover most of the time. The buds will still be smokable on the plant having the issue, but you may find seeds in there if indeed it was some pollen.
 
Not really. Personally I would check all my plants over for nanners or balls, or for fans that are super intense in one area, then shrug and forget about it.
